Frank Bilalian, 17, attends Bristown High School with Sira. He's quite talkative and carefree. Frank enjoys playing sports, particularly basketball, working out at the gymnasium, and dotes on girls with his friend Dave. His connections with Sira began in elementary school, and he thinks of her more as a little sister than anything else. Frank's adventurous spirit takes him to the Allied Starsystem Organization, where he serves as a pilot.
