i love the idea of a video game collage comprised of barely playable segments of other games. i think sometimes there are specific rooms in a game that evoke specific vibes and to isolate those into a contained environment that recontextualizes the game outside of its source material is a beautiful thing. for example, there is this part of the level 'cold hard crash' in crash bandicoot 2 and whenever i play it, it reminds me of barack obama.
