I actually plan to participate in Klik of the Month Club #75, so I needed a warm-up, learning to use Klik&Play. So I made this warm-up game, Whismical 2. The reason it's called Whimsical "2" is because I found it fair that the original Whimsical should be released on the Whimsical Snack Hound themed event that will take place in 10 days so this is actually a kind of preseprequel to an hypothetical "Whimsical 1 : Snack Hound" that I plan to make in 2 hours during the KotmK event.

Ok I hope all of this is still OK with the rules of the event if there are any. And if not then THIS IS PUNK VIDEO GAME ART.

I love it when people give

I love it when people give their games small windows. 640x480 is just used so frequently and it's cute and interesting to see what people can do with less space.

cute

everything is cuter when framed in a 200x200px box :)

can't play my own game

I made this game using my old computer that has Windows 7 on it, and now I want to play my game with my new computer with Windows 8 but it won't run. This is quite strange, because I've run other K&P games under windows 8 and never had this problem.
I could never run K&P itself under windows 8, though, and this is why I used my old computer to make the game.
Anybody knows how to solve the issue?
I'm OK with using K&P on another computer but I'm a little worried about people not being able to play my games

doubt

actually I'm not so sure anymore that I ever ran a K&P game under windows 8
is it impossible?

Gorgeous

I hope to see something else, but it is thoughtful of you to get a head start and come up with a sequel with intents to make a prequel. I'll keep an eye out for more of your releases if you've got em. I'm looking forward to it. -b!
