List Rules: - please keep it fair and try not overburden your santa with too many items - don't be too hyper-specific, and avoid specifying a genre. you're not commissioning a game, you're getting a mystery game!!

Woo!

Hello! I had a lot of fun with this last year, so I figured I'd give it another shot.
I'd like to see...

- A very gimmicky gimmick
- Some stuff from old public domain animation/comics/cartoons (bonus points for Stardust the Super Wizard, though it's not a requirement)
- Something to do with pinball in some fashion

Looking forward to doing this!

  1. Something surreal/otherwordly/mysterious
  2. Snow/winter/cold
  3. Puzzles/riddles
  4. A story
  5. Melancholy is nice

First time participant, my list

Feel free to disregard any that are too cumbersome, time-consuming for you, or that you simply dislike. These are not requirements:

  • A combination/clash of two themes/aesthetics that aren't typically seen together
  • A gimmick or mechanic that leaves no corner of the game unscathed ("really? did it really have to also affect this?")
  • Homemade ambient track
  • A parable that teaches the player a lesson quite different from any parable they have heard before
  • A fun or interesting character controller, or one with two different modes

last year went well so why not
(I feel bad for not submitting anything for a while so I might as well join again)

anything from this:
- something related to cryptids or paranormal
(bigfoot, lochness monster, secret of pyramids .. whatever)
- spiders
- funny hats
- rival detectives
- inappropriate use of ascii characters
- a muffin for no reason
- can't think of more - just have fun
