This was actually made roughly 2 years ago,
i remember being ill and not having the strength to write code
So it's a twine game, and indeed the working title was "twined"
so the poster and the new title is only for marketing purposes

I'm kind of ashamed it now as it was not (unintentionally) offensive or funny enough
just kind of "meh" really
and couldn't finish it in the end
