a proof-of-concept partial reimplementation of Weaver Pixel Twenty-Eight in ZZT 3.2

While this is designed to run in the original 1992 ZZT DOS executable, it expects more CPU cycles than a real DOS machine would provide. Zeta, the ZZT-specific partial DOS emulator, is the best choice to run it. DOSBox-X with cycles set to "max" can also works well.
