I do think it's odd that the way they created the Ms. Pac-Man character is by including those two feminine additions. But it was the early 80's... And the original Puck Man/Pac Man was pretty spare in terms of details. Maybe the game name "Pac Man in Drag" was dropped after some focus group roundtables.
