Also, if you would like to volunteer to get these games running through Parchment or possibly another web-based interpreter program, that'd be great! It'd certainly take a lot off of Mike's workload.
A short, crappy game I coded in an hour. Contains ponies. You'll need an interpreter to play this; google "WindowsFrotz" or "Gargoyle interpreter" for Windows, "Zoom interpreter" for Mac.
An interactive fiction inspired by the Village People song of the same name. It is a game about going west. Or is it?
Use an interpreter such as Gargoyle to run it: http://ccxvii.net/gargoyle/
I knocked this together pretty quickly as I have some work to do, but I'm pretty happy with how far I took such a simple concept. Which wasn't that far, but still!
WHAT THE FANS SAY:
"this is much better than the path" - daphaknee
It's interactive fiction.
It's a knife fight.
Juvenile, horrible, should be avoided at all costs.
Double-click ifknifefight.jar to begin.
Another SoftSoft game, another dollar. Blah blah blah need interpreter blah blah Windows Frotz or Zoom.
I was going to make this for this weeks Themed Trainwreck Thursday but oh well. It's the latest game by SoftSoft.
ugh I feel so lazy today
Anyway here is game. You'll need an interpreter like Windows Frotz or Zoom for the Mac to play.
A very simple game. Expect it to be dated as soon as tomorrow, at the very earliest.
An exciting new demo of the soon-to-be latest hit from SoftSoft! Can you find the treasures in the lost tombs of the Goblin Underground? (Answer: No, you can't.)
